Host of the adult edition of the 2015 Parapan American Games, Canada ranked in 15th place on the medals table at the 2013 Youth Parapan American Games in Buenos Aires. Their only medal in the tournament was won by the women’s wheelchair basketball team, who came in second in the event (behind the United States).
