Chile sent a delegation of 48 athletes to the 2013 Youth Parapan American Games in Buenos Aires. They finished the competition with 18 medals and finished in 8th on the overall medals table. Among their 18 medals, 3 were gold, 6 were silver and 9 were bronze.
