Mexico has taken part in every edition of the Youth Parapan American Games, since the first competition in 2005. Twice, in 2005 and 2013, the nation finished second in the overall medals table. In Buenos Aires, the 80 Mexican athletes won a total of 155 medals: 58 gold, 55 silver and 42 bronze.
