Nicaragua sent two athletes to the 2013 Youth Parapan American Games in Buenos Aires. Hector Chavez Romero and Carlos Castillo, both competing in athletics, won five medals between them, three silver and two bronze. Their performance earned their country 13th place on the overall medals table.
